• Parking

  Where can I park?

  Τhere are numerous parking spots at our 3-level underground car park (Levels -2, -3, -4). You may enter our underground car park from Giannitson and Kotta Roulia Streets.

  What are the car park opening hours?

  The car park opens at 5:00 am and closes at midnight Monday to Saturday. On Sunday it opens at 8:00 am and closes at midnight.

• Cash Machines (ΑΤΜ)

  Where can I find an ATM or a bank?

  At One Salonica there are 3 cash (ATM) machines. EUROBANK ATM is on Level 0, next to the Paradosiako store; ALPHA BANK ATM is on Level -1, next to escalators.

• Tax Free

  Do you have a Tax Free program?

  The tax-free service is valid in the stores of One Salonica outlet mall for all customers outside the European Union, by filling in the special tax-free form at the checkout. That’s right, One Salonica is not just about top brands and high fashion! Shopping with us lets you combine up to 70% off with a tax refund.

  What is the procedure for Tax Free shopping?

  Go shopping and request your tax free form. You will be required to present a valid passport to have your form issued. Present your fully completed Tax Free form together with your travel documents and purchased goods to Customs to obtain Customs approval.

• Accessibility

  Do you have special accessibility facilities?

  Yes, One Salonica provides lifts that accommodate wheelchairs to access all floors. We also offer free parking for disabled permit-holders at the underground car park and we have 5 full-access unisex toilets, on Levels -1, +1 and +2. In addition, a limited number of wheelchairs are available at the Customer Information Desk (Level 1).

• Baby Changing

  Are there baby changing facilities?

  Yes, baby changing facilities are available in the WCs on Level 2.

• Baby Strollers

  Are baby strollers available in the mall?

  Yes, a limited number of baby strollers are available at the Customer Information Desk (Level 1), suggested for children to age 3.

• Pets

  Are pets allowed?

  Small dogs, weighing up to 6kg, are permitted in the mall. However, they are not allowed in the food court (Level 2).

• Restaurants

  Does One Salonica offer refreshment and dining options?

  Yes! On Level 2, you may enjoy an exceptional selection of restaurants in our Food Court, perfect for a drink, a coffee or tea, a light snack, a sweet indulgence or a full meal.

• Lost Property

  Where can I go if I lose something?

  For lost and found items please contact our Information Desk, on Level 0 or call us at 2310 545 489.

  You will need to provide the time and date an item went missing and give a detailed description of the item.

• Return Policy

  Returns and exchanges are handled by each individual retailer, and subject to each retailer’s own policy. If you want to return or exchange an item you have purchased, please contact the relevant store.

• Career

  I would like to work for One Salonica. What should I do?

  For vacancies within our stores please you may directly contact the store which you are interested in.

  Does One Salonica Offer Work Experience And Internships?

  One Salonica offers work experience opportunities to students who would like to work in a dynamic working environment. However, the internship should be organized and coordinated by an educational institution. (ΑΕΙ, ΤΕΙ, ΙΕΚ)
